...back from hibernation!!!

In fear that I will lapse back into a psychotic state:),I will not regress into a detailed exposition to explain the 3 month gap in posts. In short however, the Ascot is back from hibernation and after a 3 month spell (and resolution of issues identified @ lock-up..hmm..about 3 months ago) is plastered, cornice(d), and all cabinets installed! At Lock up!!

Well, it's been a while since our last post and as you can see a lot has happened! Haven't received the 'Lock-up' stage invoice yet but the sparkies are in, solar installed and ducts for cooling also installed.

We are very pleased with the progress (our brickie has done it solo for 4 weeks!!) and done a fantastic job!

We are awaiting to make an appt with Kevin (from New Home Inspections) for our pre-plaster inspection and hope that no real issues come up...

Bricking has started!!

As you can see the bricky started this week and has done a great job! We are really pleased with our choice of bricks and mortar. The bricky said that the whole process should take him about 3 weeks in total.
